Registration possibilities

The registration for the conference is closed !

All registrations are closed since july the 19^th. No exception will be done.

- Standard registration (870€) / Student registration (770€) :

Full access to the scientific program (from opening to closing ceremony)
All lunches and coffee-breaks included
Gala diner and Wednesday diner in town included
Scientific pause in the ’’Machines de l’île’’

- Accompanying person registration (700€) :

Full access to the social program
Opening and closing ceremonies included
One lunch in the conference venue (Wed the 28^th)
Gala diner and Wednesday diner in town included

Important information :

1) The registration and payment for the conference (scientific and social program) is done on the AZUR website where each person will have to register separately (even for couples).

The registration for the conference is open from the 9^th of April to the 19^th of July

2) For the pre- and post-conference programs, the registration and payment will be done directly with the organizing company (Richou). If you are interested by coming to either pre- or/and post-conference tour(s), please, let us know by sending an e-mail to:
